Four Cheese Ranch Mashed Potatoes!

Holy Yum!  I actually ate these!  They were so good!  Beware, though... they are very rich and will go straight to your butt!  You only live once, right?  The key to the potatoes is in the whipping.  They have to be whipped until they are creamy, melt in your mouth yummy!

Prep Time: 5 minutes        Cooking Time: 20 minutes         Serves: 4


Ingredients
5 medium red potatoes
salt
pepper
Kraft shaker parmesan cheese
Kraft Three Cheese Ranch dressing


Method
Peel potatoes and cut into bit-sized chunks.  Boil potatoes until tender.  Strain out water.  Salt & pepper.  Add shaker parmesan and ranch dressing.  Whip with electric beater on slow for 1 minute or until creamy and fluffy.
