You might want to add a spritz of lemon to the mashed. We had these mashed with some grilled chicken with cracked black pepper sauce. YUM!
Ingredients
5 medium sized red potatoes
1/4 cup of homogenized milk
salt
pepper
Squeeze dill (or fresh dill)
chives
dry mustard
butter
Method
Peel potatoes and cut into bit-sized chunks. Boil until tender. Drain potatoes.
Salt & pepper to taste.
Add tablespoon of squeeze dill (as shown in picture) or fresh minced dill.
Add tablespoon of butter.
Whip potatoes on medium for 60 seconds or until they are pillowy and awesome.
